How to Log In to Your Betlah Account
Logging in to your Betlah account is straightforward and takes under 30 seconds. You can use any one of three identification methods to access your account: your registered Malaysian phone number, the unique username you chose during registration, or the email address you provided when opening the account.
Once you've entered your login credentials, type in your Betlah account password carefully. Note that passwords are case-sensitive — if you're having trouble, check that Caps Lock isn't accidentally turned on. If you'd like to see what you're typing to make sure it's correct, use the eye icon on the right side of the password field.
Betlah also offers a "Remember me" option for users on their personal devices. When enabled, your login credentials are securely saved on the device so you will not need to re-enter them next time. Do not enable this option if you are using a shared computer or phone, such as at a cybercafe or on a device belonging to someone else.
Common Login Issues
If you're unable to log in to your Betlah account, here are the most common causes and how to resolve them:
- Password not accepted: Make sure you're entering the correct password. If you've forgotten it, use the "Forgot password?" link above to reset it via email or SMS to your Malaysian phone number;
- Account locked after repeated attempts: As a security measure, Betlah temporarily locks an account after several consecutive failed login attempts. If this happens, wait 15 minutes before trying again or reach out to our support team;
- Can't remember the phone number or email address used to register: Contact the Betlah support team at support@betlah.click with your identity verification details to get help recovering your account;
- Long-inactive accounts: If your Betlah account has been inactive for an extended period, additional verification may be required. Contact our support team for assistance reactivating your account.
Self-Exclusion Active? If you have previously activated self-exclusion on Betlah and the period has not yet expired, you will be unable to log in until it ends. This is an intentional security feature. For enquiries related to self-exclusion, please contact support@betlah.click.
Logging In on Mobile
The Betlah platform is fully optimised for smartphones and tablets. You can access all Betlah account features through your mobile browser – whether you are using Safari on iPhone or Chrome on an Android device.
For the best mobile experience, Betlah recommends saving betlah.click as a shortcut on your phone's home screen. This lets you access the Betlah platform as easily as opening an app, without typing the URL each time. This feature works on all major smartphones used by Malaysian users.
To keep your mobile session secure, Betlah recommends enabling screen lock or biometric recognition on your phone. This ensures no one else can access your Betlah account even if they have physical access to your device.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for Your Betlah Account
Betlah offers two-factor authentication (2FA) for all accounts. Once 2FA is enabled, in addition to your password, Betlah will send an OTP to your Malaysian phone number each time a login is attempted from a new or unrecognised device.
Betlah strongly encourages all users to enable 2FA through their account security settings. It is an important extra layer of protection – even if someone obtains your password, they still cannot access your Betlah account without the OTP sent to your Malaysian phone.
