Terms & Conditions betlah – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Betting Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Betlah ("Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the betlah.click website, the Betlah mobile app, and all services provided under the Betlah brand.

By accessing, browsing, registering an account, or using any part of the Betlah platform, you expressly confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms;
• You are at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement;
• You are using the Betlah platform of your own free will and at your own risk;
• The information you provide to Betlah is truthful, accurate, and complete.

These Terms should be read together with Betlah Privacy Policy and Betlah Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which together form the entire agreement between you and Betlah.

Betlah has established the following eligibility requirements that all users must meet before or during use of the platform:

• Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years of age. Betlah strictly prohibits the use of the platform by minors and reserves the right to request age verification at any time.
• Location: betlah services are available to users accessing the platform from Malaysia. betlah is not responsible if users access the platform from regions where such services are prohibited under local law.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Malaysian law.
• Non-Betlah Employees: Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of betlah staff are not permitted to open a betting account on this platform.

To make full use of Betlah's services, you will need to register an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address.

One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Betlah account at any time. Registering multiple accounts using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or device information is considered a serious violation and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and accumulated winnings.

Account Security Responsibilities: You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your Betlah account password and login credentials confidential;
• Ensuring that no third party accesses your account;
• Notify Betlah immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation;
• Updating your personal information whenever changes occur.

Betlah will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

Betlah accepts deposits via approved payment methods for Malaysian users only. All transactions are processed in MYR (RM) with no hidden fees on Betlah's end.

Deposit Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on your chosen payment method and your account's VIP tier. The general minimum deposit is RM 10. The daily deposit limit for standard members is RM 5,000 and may increase based on your VIP tier at Betlah.

Fund Conditions: You confirm that the funds you deposit into your Betlah account are from a legitimate source and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity. Betlah is fully compliant with anti-money laundering (AML) laws in force in Malaysia.

Betlah is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests promptly and without unnecessary complications. Withdrawals are processed to the Malaysian bank account registered under the same name as your Betlah account.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per request;
• The receiving bank account must be in the same name as the Betlah account holder;
• Every new deposit must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made (except for Platinum and Diamond VIP members, who are entitled to certain exemptions);
• Your first withdrawal may require additional identity verification;
• Betlah reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals while security checks are being carried out.

Processing Time: Standard withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes to Malaysian bank accounts. VIP Gold members enjoy processing within 10 minutes, Platinum members within 5 minutes, and Diamond members receive instant withdrawals. In exceptional circumstances, processing may take up to 24 hours.

Betting on Betlah is subject to the following general rules, which apply across all game categories including Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, cricket), Live Casino, roulette, slots, and e-sports.

• Bet Finality: Once a bet is confirmed by the Betlah system, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the user unless expressly stated otherwise in the rules of the relevant market.
• Minimum & Maximum Bet: The minimum bet is RM 1 for most markets. The maximum limit varies depending on the market type and your account's VIP tier.
• Official Results: Betlah uses official results declared by the relevant governing body (e.g. BWF for badminton, FIFA for football, ICC for cricket) as the basis for settling all bets.
• Suspended or Cancelled Matches: If a match is suspended or cancelled before completion, Betlah will apply sport-specific rules to determine whether bets are settled or voided.
• Odds Error: Betlah reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly incorrect odds or as a result of a technical error. In such cases, the full stake will be returned to the user's account.
• In-Play Betting: Betlah offers in-play betting on live matches. Odds are updated in real time and in-play bets are subject to network latency, which may affect bet acceptance.

Betlah offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for both new and existing members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer.

General Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per user (based on unique name, address, phone number, device, or IP address);
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only who have not previously registered a Betlah account;
• The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the respective bonus terms;
• Betlah reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if a user is found to have violated the bonus terms;
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts;
• Betlah reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

The Betlah VIP Rewards Programme comprises four tiers — Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — based on a user's cumulative deposit amount. Enrolment in the VIP programme is automatic for all registered Betlah members.

VIP tiers and their associated benefits are subject to the following conditions:

• VIP tier is calculated based on cumulative lifetime deposits and will not be downgraded due to account inactivity;
• Betlah reserves the right to amend VIP tier eligibility criteria, cashback rates, and other benefits by providing at least 14 days' notice to affected members;
• VIP benefits such as cashback, birthday bonuses, and higher betting limits are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the VIP programme in effect at the time those benefits are credited;
• Betlah reserves the right to revoke VIP status if an account is found to be involved in fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

Betlah users are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or closure without any refund of funds:

• Fraud and Manipulation: Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, or use unauthorised methods to gain an unfair advantage;
• Money Laundering: Using the Betlah platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity;
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or using more than one betlah account to exploit bonuses or circumvent betting limits;
• Account Sharing: Allowing another individual to use your Betlah account, or using another person's account;
• Use of Automation: Using bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to interact with the Betlah platform;
• System Disruption: Any attempt to interfere with, damage, or gain unauthorised access to Betlah's systems or data.

Betlah employs an advanced monitoring system to continuously detect suspicious activity. Betlah reserves the right to report any activity suspected of being unlawful to the relevant authorities.

Account Closure by User: You may close your Betlah account at any time by contacting our support team via email at support@betlah.click. Before closing, please ensure all pending withdrawals have been processed and that no active bets remain open.

Suspension by Betlah: betlah reserves the right to suspend or close your account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity has been detected on your account;
• You provided false or misleading information during registration or at any point thereafter;
• Betlah is required to do so by the relevant authorities;
• You have requested self-exclusion through Betlah's responsible gaming tools.

In the event of a legitimate account closure (not resulting from a terms violation), any remaining balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the review process.

The Betlah platform is provided on an "as is" basis. Betlah makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for any particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Betlah shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from your betting activity on the Betlah platform;
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond Betlah's control, including internet outages, third-party server issues, or natural disasters;
• Any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Betlah platform;
• Third-party actions resulting in unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to protect your login credentials.
